We want you to be completely satisfied with your Big Green Egg purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as charcoal and wood chips, are final sale for safety and quality reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your unused items in their original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
